Good colleagues. Hybrid work model

Dislikes

* Frequent layoffs , often occurring before appraisal cycle ends to avoid paying bonus to employees . * Always hiring for interns to make them work on low pay , and later convert them to full time if layoff happens . * Poor and biased appraisal. * Smart developers and CTO have already left. * Poor benefits for employees , they don't even provide laptops, employees have to pay for their laptop from their CTC. * Low work satisfaction : most tasks are focused solely on just keeping the business running , with no focus on innovation . * Lack of opportunity for skill development * Current upper management Head of engineering and founders have no clear direction , Company lacks clear future , decision are made to sustain the business temporarily rather than for long term growth .

...u as permanent at first, and you woudnt get permanent before min 5 months or so. Low pay and dissrespect from team leaders is all about a startup. So join on your own risk. IF YOU HATE WORK LIFE BALANCE THEN ITS PERFECT FOR YOU!

-Salary for the Student who join has a inter is very less it is 15000 only and in this salary it is not possible to live and manage in noida. -They also Deduct the salary of Intern. - Work pressure is very high for Intern. - You have to work for 9 hours in a day -All the team managers review their team one by one but thing is that they do not do the review in working hours they do the review after(I do not have Idea about other team Its about my team) - No extra payment for working extra.

Both the Directors are techie and they are trying hard to break into the education industry with online counseling but they lack the Skill sets do to so.

...f joining which they don't honor later wards and they also misbehave with staff. To some staff member's they have even not paid 5000 Salary due and i also did not received my 2 months salary till date. They are short on Funding.
