This company is a nightmare of work for.everything they promise from salary increase is a lie. Management is completely disorganized and communication is nonexistent. Office politics are rampant , witg the boss favorite making life miserable for every one else l. The company culture is toxic, and policies are utterly if you're considering working here, think again its a horrible environment

...yed here for just a month and got terminated suddenly without giving any reason. There is no job security at all and they can cut your salary anytime. They force employees to work till late nights and have no idea about work life balance. Sometime they can make you work for more than 10 hours. The work culture is terrible and they micro monitor you for every small things.If you care about your career and mental health, stay away from this place. You are better off unemployed than joining here

Only work, no life, micro monitoring, unpredictable salary, and an expectation to work late nights without any regard for work-life balance. It was like they wanted to see how many hours they could squeeze out of us. If you're looking for career growth, mental peace, or even basic human decency— THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!. Save your mental health, skip this circus, and find a real job.

This company is an absolute nightmare—join at your own risk. Let me start from the beginning: this isn’t a company or even a proper startup. It’s just one cramped room masquerading as an office. Now, about the people running this so-called "company." There are two main individuals who act as the heads. They’re not just the founders—they’re also the entire sales team, management, and HR rolled into one. Unfortunately, they lack even the most basic understanding of corporate practices or the technologies they deal with. Beneath these two are three so-called "managers" who are nothing more than micromanagers. One owes their position entirely to nepotism, another only knows how to copy-paste, and the third is good at nothing but communication. These individuals are tasked with guiding interns, but they lack even a shred of technical or professional expertise. They assign freshers tasks meant for professionals with 7-8 years of experience, expecting them to handle these projects single-handedly without any real support. Worse, the projects are registered under the founders’ names, forcing you to falsely claim credit as if you were them. This entire operation reeks of a scam. Now, let’s talk about one of the biggest jokes here: the so-called work-life balance. There are strict working hours of 9.5 hours, but they’ll always pressure you to extend it. Forget about having a personal life outside this office—because they certainly don’t care. Raise any concern or issue, and they’ll dismiss you with silly excuses just to shut you up. Speaking of growth, there’s absolutely none. The work environment is toxic, the structure is a mess, and the entire system is built on deceit. In short, avoid this place unless you want to waste your time, effort, and sanity.

They have no proper facilities and absolutely no work culture. They make you work tirelessly without ever listening to your concerns. If you face any difficulties in your project, there’s no one to help you, and when the project fails, they will always blame you. The environment here is extremely demotivating, with people constantly putting you down instead of supporting you. It’s a toxic workplace, and you’ll regret being here.
