...yed here for just a month and got terminated suddenly without giving any reason. There is no job security at all and they can cut your salary anytime. They force employees to work till late nights and have no idea about work life balance. Sometime they can make you work for more than 10 hours. The work culture is terrible and they micro monitor you for every small things.If you care about your career and mental health, stay away from this place. You are better off unemployed than joining here

... Despite being a small organization, internal politics will make your life hell. Only work, no life, micro monitoring, unpredictable salary, and an expectation to work late nights without any regard for work-life balance. It was like they wanted to see how many hours they could squeeze out of us. If you're looking for career growth, mental peace, or even basic human decency— THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!. Save your mental health, skip this circus, and find a real job.

Worst company you can part of, with such few people in company so much of politics is there, No one in organization actually now about work ethics and actually have technical knowledge of domain. Founder is giving interview by reading only and he also don't have any working knowledge. They don't have actual projects only founder is applying for contract jobs in different company and getting paid on his name. There only few profiles which are floating over different client which is actually founder fake profiles.

Avoid this company at all costs! Please don’t join here. The company treats employees like fools and shows zero care for your physical or mental health. They have no proper facilities and absolutely no work culture. They make you work tirelessly without ever listening to your concerns. If you face any difficulties in your project, there’s no one to help you, and when the project fails, they will always blame you. The environment here is extremely demotivating, with people constantly putting you down instead of supporting you. It’s a toxic workplace, and you’ll regret being here.

Everything!!! culture is poor they don't have canteen and they force employee to eat lunch on floor, don't allow anyone to leave office premises.
