It's disheartening to witness the disregard for employee well-being. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to others seeking a positive and supportive work environment. It's crucial for management to address these issues promptly to retain talent and foster a healthier workplace.

I'm a new joining so I don't know very well of about of company.And here I like a culture and work base because we are working while don't disturbing from Manager or Tl side so we working very peace fully that's why here I like culture. That's all
