My internship was just for the period of 2 months during this time. I learnt a lot of things. I gained a real world experience. Chasing targets is not the motto for this organisation. Our mentors motivated us when our performance was not upto the mark apart from our internships we were also provided with like extra training courses.

Dislikes

The company needs to focus more on diversifying it's operations and functions.

Working environment is decent not soo good only teammates are supportive

Dislikes

There is lots of things for learning, but HOD and others senior person are not supportive they only interact and interfere employees person life. The company and there management use there employees like a donkey and treated as same like donkey. No value no respect of junior employees, and lots of politics happening

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
