Its an excellent institute to work where you can make your career bright. The work culture is very impressive. The management is very cooperative and helpful. The staff members are cordial too.

Dislikes

The salary structure is somewhat imbalanced. The promotional policies are not good at all.

It has been good time in Aditya because I like teaching and met with different peoples there so Overall it's a good experience moreover u won't like infrastructure of AIT but still it's one of best institute I have worked with.

Dislikes

There is no security of jobs until you dnt involve yourself in politics.
