Management is very good. My boss is Director level am working. I have learned lot of technical subjects from the manufacturers, in market everything highlight good products quality wise based on the product

Dislikes

Company not making payments right time to vendors, payment delay to much. The work pressure is high some times.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
