...ife balance - You have to work late in the evening and on weekends sometimes. 2. Salary - They have big amount of variable pay. 3.Appraisal - They'll increase your salary. They'll add more amount in Variable pay. 4. Job Security - If you are vendor side they can remove you.

Provides good salary but I don't see my growth for creers in this organisation because they not allow us to inhance our experience or they not switch our job roles.

They prefer their old employees or know people and don't give any chance to new people

...e I left and got to know that the department what I worked for has been shifted. And talking about your work, everyday they would want me to extend my working hours without any extra pay which was really hitting my personal life. But then I was working in customer service department so I guess that is common every where especially with a fresher.
