...much promotion chances even in a year u can promote yourself by doing good work. Salary is good and incentive also , flexible timing, in a year there is tour also from company, even you can manage your daily other schedule with this job..as over and all it's a good MNC

Politics like other teams do always.

...o work with huge option to grow with in the organisation in different functions. Job security is high in the group but appraisal doesn't have huge changes in the compensation.

Work pressure is high and your availability is required every time even when you are in leave as well.

The only thing I like about this company is it's location, Nagda . It is a very good and peaceful city

...division but the condition of plant is so poor that it can collapse any moment. No appreciation and very low salary . And worst thing is that management thinks everything is alright in the plant they don't even acknowledge the problems.
