No learning opportunity Manager behaves rudely and have no knowledge about technical domain . You can be fired anytime. Job is unstable. Colleges are mostly non supportive and are not helpfull No KT for new joiner.

My last date 28/08/2018 but time office salary structure sent to Mumbai office, and he was no information of my today last date and my experience latter was not given and without experience person adjust that procedure of HRD also My son mediclaim was lost by Hrd person after 10 days we inquiry for medical process and Hrd person Sayed sorry , my 2 year experience this company no communication any employed and we request all concerned department head but no any help me

The only thing I like about this company is it's location, Nagda . It is a very good and peaceful city

...division but the condition of plant is so poor that it can collapse any moment. No appreciation and very low salary . And worst thing is that management thinks everything is alright in the plant they don't even acknowledge the problems.

...d leadership at Aditya Birla Education Trust, they don't recognize right talent. Sales and business development team not treated well, no respect, low salary and no recognition.

Top leadership with low IQ, job experience and ground reality are paid @ 3 to 4lac per month.

Only at the time of joining they make you feel that you have made a best decision of your life.

...are very biased and show extreme level of favorisom during hiring and position. Deserving candidates not getting desire salary and position were as Non-deserving condidate getting advantage.
