The only thing to like about this company is job security and timely salary.

I think work culture differs from place to place. As far as The Collective is concerned, the work culture is average and staff members are not so professional. I remember being a trainee and I used to have a lot of doubts and there were people who used to get irritated which only made me realize how impatient the staff is whereas patience is the main quality required for understanding a client to meet their requirements. Even though there's no risk of losing job but the constant pinpointing of the managers and coach for sales will make you feel like leaving the job for at least getting mental peace. You will start feeling depressed. The managers say customer satisfaction is everything but what they actually want is sales. If sales don't happen it won't work out. There's no work-life balance. No easy transfers. They also give you warning letters for anything they believe is wrong as per them. Foul and tasteless conversations are a part of the company. Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail team also hires people from Reliance who have mainly destroyed the work culture with their extremely unprofessional behaviour. They have this so called POSH- Prevention of S**ual Harassment committee but still they don't have any sort of fear because mentally torturing and abusing others is not a part of it. :)

...is company . We have lot of learning in the platform. Teammates are supportive . Company policy are good they give good salary hike when we parmoted.

Dislikes

Only one thing company policy for frenchise policy to manager or staff . They have lot of struggle. Because if we worked company policy franchise create issue and we will sad management they're said it's all about working part.

Honestly I couldn't find less than one star, I was working as an BDM, am not getting word's to explain about the torture they give to meet the criteria, like a school teacher my branch manager used to ask me about the criteria, and sales is one thing where you have to work constantly then u can expect the results, but in this company, today if u meet the customer next day it self they expect the result, very bad company,

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them
