...ny run in loss or for their cost cutting they can wash out in any point of time. carrer growth is very slow and too much work preasure is there but not provide that much salary. increment is also very low. working environment is also not very good. this reveiw is on my personal experience of working in north kolkata zone of Pantaloons under aditya birla fashion and retail limited

management is not good. HR and store managers and area business managers all are linked like friend, so you could not raise your voice against the senior management.

I did not feel like working in Aditya Birla fashion retail ltd until I was working separately from home. I liked the culture of doing that.

I was not providing the salary of the manager. I was a warehouse executive. Which I also got the letter. I have lettres. Band JB11

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them

Very good company but salary is to poor and increment also.My highest increment would have been and I know everything CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,STAFF HANDEING,SOP,SDM,BODFS,AG,VT, INWARD OUTWARD,PI ETC..The company did not make me a manager that's why I resigned other wise company is very good.. i have almost 12years experience in ABFRL
