Work life balance. Asking for leave is crime. No matter how many leaves are balance. Even if your blood relation person is admitted in hospital you will be given work from home but no leave shall be approved. No adequate hiring complete focus on cost cutting on employees.

Nothing, My overall experience was horrible. Even I don't get my 3months salary. Managers Hr all are informal about employees condition. Not helpful at all. They all have threatened behavior which made me resign without any prior commitments. I'd rather open a tea stall than to work again with ABC.

My Managers, HR, one RM from kolkata Tamaghana mitra this Person was just took revenge from me just because I didn't bring sale even though I was so sick that time.

Working culture is okay not much pressure, work life balance is almost okay

Other job related expenses have to do from our salary only, travel allowance, stationary, courier expenses have to do from salary

Salary slip every time difference. I can't understand way my salary cut and in salary slip manshon PF amount is not transferred my PF account

Office culture and employee's security is good. I have learnt lot's of things & work management along with the fun activities

Company is good for work but not for long time because of no growth for corrier. I have spent many years but still stuck in same salary. If you don't getting growth so we shall try other company, for better carrier.
