...t. The only pro of working in this organisation is that there is job security. Even if you are 0, knowledge wise, you’ll still get your salary credited on time.

...o work on SOME strategic projects (only if you’re lucky). • Don’t get fooled by the good CTC package, you will only regret it when you won’t be able to find a job outside ABC (because you will be higher than the market standards with no fair knowledge justification for your salary). • The roles they provide, does not justify their salaries.They usually pay WAY too high for zero knowledge holders. • Culture is very toxic. Politics everywhere. Even in HR department. • They will give you a base office location but expect you to travel from one extreme part of Mumbai to other extreme part of Mumbai and with no travel reimbursements. • Absolutely no training given for anything.

This is an amazing multinational company.. I satisfy here with company culture , work satifaction and salary benifits.

There is no any demerit here to join ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL (ABCL) according to me.

Work life balance. Asking for leave is crime. No matter how many leaves are balance. Even if your blood relation person is admitted in hospital you will be given work from home but no leave shall be approved. No adequate hiring complete focus on cost cutting on employees.

Nothing, My overall experience was horrible. Even I don't get my 3months salary. Managers Hr all are informal about employees condition. Not helpful at all. They all have threatened behavior which made me resign without any prior commitments. I'd rather open a tea stall than to work again with ABC.

My Managers, HR, one RM from kolkata Tamaghana mitra this Person was just took revenge from me just because I didn't bring sale even though I was so sick that time.

Everything is good about the company except the appraisal they don't provide appraisal in sales department at all.

... I dislike is growth is very slow appraisal, increment are not provided at all. A person will work for years on same package.
