Adishakti Cars truly has a great work culture, the company policies are very transparent and 100% ethical. The management is very supportive of it's employees and workers and has whole heartedly supported us during these tough times of covid. The company truly believes in its employees and honour productive and supportive work culture. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a job in an automotive dealership to apply.

Dislikes

Due to the increase in demand for purchase of new vehicles in the market (our products), there is a slight increase in expectation of per employee productivity, but then again, this is natural for any job role or any company in times of increase in demand. Else, I have no dislikes. I truly enjoy working here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
