Lower level employees did not get benefits at all and also get lower salaries or the high level employee taking high salary and all work performed by lower level but high salary is taking by higher level and last not least local employees get low salary without any reason

Very Bad company. HR behaviour is very rude against employees. They give Executive salary as same as Labour. And higher Staff get higher salary.

Dislikes

Salary structure, HR behaviour, Partiality against local and other states.

I like very much they believe like in staff. A organization is never bad we people are bad. What ever we discuss with the management they follow the same. They take much more care .

Dislikes

As discussed our company image has been spoiled by few people those who has left. But now we are putting best efforts to create good image and we will succeed.
