appraisal is not there according to your work. Appraisal is only depends when you are directly connected to higher authority otherwise appraisal is fixed every year. Your hard work doesn't matter at all.

they send termination letter to 60% of employees

very poor work quality. they have no engineering skills, getting industry work so no one is checking quality, lot of maintanice work due to poor quality.
