companies policy are good, but management are not supportive, the sallary is on time thats only thing i like about the company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, career growth is low, and no holidays even sunaday counts as working...

No such positive things in adhaan. More pressure and less payout. Worst exp till now

Dislikes

Management is not supportive at all. After leaving the company you have to wait for at least 50 to 60 days for your full n fin settlement.

There is no benefit and also it is not understand employee problem last time in month Dec-2021 i was in problem so that is why i can't reach at site so Adhaan Solution and all seniors did not gave my salary. It is very bad decision in my life to work in Adhaan Solution.
