Big brands, events at swanky places, upskilling,

Dislikes

Less than industry pay, loong work hours (9-9 avg!), weekend work, no regard for holidays / personal time, travel in/out of city, slow growth, after working hybrid since covid, and doing well - they again want to shift to 5day wfo - just because!

...and explore as much as you want to. The office ambience and work safety is good. The facilities at the office like gym are also good and the pay is decent too

the office canteen is not good, you have to work even after working hours in case client work comes up, on saturdays and sundays too work comes up on some days and for some SBUs documentation work is too much as compared to qualitative PR work

...e old desktops are given to work, with internet speeds at their terrible Best. No space for parking, bad pay masters & the list goes on

There’s no sense of work life balance here. Irrespective of what time you get done from work, you’re supposed to reach at 9 am the next day. Big names are hired from across businesses & made to sit on teams when they know nothing about the business. In a PR agency, if you don’t know the media & it’s working.. your knowledge about that particular sector counts for zilch

Good brand portfolio but terribly toxic and extremely late appraisals which come in august that too extremely low, where you are stuck in a situation where switching companies mean missing out on the appraisal cycle.
