Dislikes

They will never in their interview mention that it's commision based job. There is NO FIXED SALARY. During the induction they will be telling you that how can you become an owner and all. Don't get too carried away by all that because you don't know what lies ahead. They do sales by asking for donations from people. Just for this pandemic they are asking for donations over phone😆. Basically they go door to door and ask for money from people. Do not fall in their way of persuading people to do the job. They won't force you believe me but the way they will present their work to you will hide away the cons which are more in number. Be very aware lastly it's your career and future

The company is one of the best Marketing firms I have come across that not only trains you but also provides career satisfaction. The owner and the trainers are a great support base. It provides travel opportunities and exposure trips that helps you gain experience. Another great point is that everybody in the office is from a different cultural and education background but still are able to work happily in collaboration
