Only thing that I like about Adela software services is the location of the company since it's my Native place.

...3. Team leaders are not friendly at all. They speak in a sarcastic way. (Few) 4.They take only fresher's for the salary of 9k for one year. 5. They won't take experienced candidate. 6.Worst administration ( they don't even know the process to transfer the PF amount). They ask everyone to close the account and get money who's leaving the company.

As of my knowledge, person from Trichy and Trichy surroundings it was good place to work. Need improvements in work culture and management.

Dislikes

Timing was worst, they won't leave you at the mentioned time. However we must enter into office at 9.00 - 9.15 am. During appraisal they don't rate based on the quality of work, they rate you based on the time you leave the office everyday.
