Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

the company is no take serious for IT departments and also not supportive. So much politics inside him. job security is very less and satisfactions about job is also zero. Sill development is zero.

Dislikes

Im not suggested to anyone to work with this organization. Working culture is not so good. Working hours is more then govt rules and schedule is hectic.
