Adecco is the good company and employee are getting salary with incentive on time.

adecco group is the good company but salary appraisal not up to the mark by company is given then after deduction getting less salary which I felt that is need to improve why means as an I'm very experienced and senior so I supposed to get salary otherwise its mean for me even I'm giving my best as company target achievement each and everything.

Training is very decent and staff is also good .manager level is always co-operative and helpful. Yes o would like working here.

Salary is first priority in our life but there is salary is to much low and and work load is very high and company is don't given appraisal plan discussed with employees.thanks

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
