Salary is good but Carreer growth is slow and increment to please inform any other job come vaccent comes pleas. Make a bond job is permanent or make 10 years agreement don’t give one year

Keen in Timing like Salary date, Any issues escalated they sort out with in a 15 days. PF settlement time also very good in work. Over all feel good & happy to work in Adecco.

Dislikes

Yearly Increment , bus fare amount & Work timing for your employee have to fix properly. If they work extra timing . Addeco not providing any OT money. so requesting Adecco to maintain in timing for all your under working present employee.

Smooth onboarding process. Work life balance is good There partner companies are good ( I was deployed in Accenture ) Good opportunity to get converted as an Full Time Employee

Managers and HRs are not responding on time Sometime they will hold your salary without any proper reason

I'm working as a contractor for Accenture. I was selected for good package, but u have nt receive a appraisals after a year in Adecco. If in case we got selected in the service company then only it will use for us, otherwise we will get same salary for lifetime. Adecco service were awesome they will reach us within 24hrs from the raised query.

Appraisals are not here for contractor employees.

Adecco is the good company and employee are getting salary with incentive on time.

adecco group is the good company but salary appraisal not up to the mark by company is given then after deduction getting less salary which I felt that is need to improve why means as an I'm very experienced and senior so I supposed to get salary otherwise its mean for me even I'm giving my best as company target achievement each and everything.
