Holidays are good and salary they pay on time.

Worst work culture. Managers harass employees so such extent cant even express. worst managerial culture. HR works as management puppet. They cant have any individual role for the betterment of the environment. They always bound to follow the management instruction.

...and they are always reachable with any queries you may have no matter how small. Pay is best in the industry nothing beats it. Other benefits are good as well. Yeah insurance of low tier employees could be better atleast to be capped at 5LPA but still it is better than what any other are offering right now. Company policy, what to say? it is a Company, and by general rule of thumb it must look for it's profit. But, with that it alsp emphises on over all welfare of employees health both mental and physical at workplace. Yeah there are some strict rules but given the scenarios nowadays with data breaches or blatant data theft and trafficking by some big companies, it had to adopt those strict policies regatding data protection of both employees and clients, and I personally fully support it. So far I have a very good experience with Adecco.

Work life balance. Shift timing Compensation Team memebers Approachable managers even for silliest issues that may seem big to you. Helpful team Good insurance coverage for employees and their family. (Please raise the slab of low tier employees to atleast 5 or 4 LPA) Shift timings Hybrid work structure

...will benefit for employees, need to work more than 12 hour, worst place to work. There is no benefit for employees regarding promotion, salary. If you gud with manager everything will work for u or else u have to come out from organization, not gud to work more than one year. After resignation no one will ask the reason for resign that type of work culture they have. Worst place to work....

Managers and HRs are not responding on time Sometime they will hold your salary without any proper reason

I'm working as a contractor for Accenture. I was selected for good package, but u have nt receive a appraisals after a year in Adecco. If in case we got selected in the service company then only it will use for us, otherwise we will get same salary for lifetime. Adecco service were awesome they will reach us within 24hrs from the raised query.

Appraisals are not here for contractor employees.
