No job security company can schedule a meeting with you rather they directly for you or transfer you in worst location. Very poor promotions. HR will harass you if you are do not obey or had resigned or serving notice period. Even they own don’t follow their policies

Everything apart from salary Worst Cultural No Work life balance at all All the frustration No recognition of work No value of employee No employee engagement at all Layoff is very often Layoff of More than 150 employees in 2023 All cofounder are just gaining money & putting in his new firms Employee are very hard working but company has no vision All projects are in loss since beginning Product quality is worst, any client don’t want to give order again Everyday 3-4 employees apply for resign, so HR now stoped recirculating the internal mail that who left….

There is no value for Aftersales department, there is no benifit expect salary, there is so many benifit for other departments but not in service department. No any insentive, expect salary we won't get any benefit in Aftersales department,
