...nternational Research article and text book on comprehensive pediatric Nursing .They gave one times salary appraisal,Every year 40 days annual leave ,teaching and learning situation is conducive to teach now we started PG Program in different branches in Nursing .

Dislikes

Salary is different in different University, No Increment / salary appraisal now. Very Juniors they got salary more compare to me this make me to worry because i render my service nearly 15 years here.

Likes

Staffs are poorly satisfied and running to win bread and their basic needs.

Dislikes

Very low salary. Therefore the staffs are running extra time work in some other institution to satisfy themselves and family.
