In my school all staffs are very kind and social .I never felt i am out of my country.I have a experience in attending more in service training and workshop related to pediatrics, reviewing pediatric Nation Post graduate curriculum. I am still Guiding post graduate and undergraduate students in Research and also I published many international Research article and text book on comprehensive pediatric Nursing .They gave one times salary appraisal,Every year 40 days annual leave ,teaching and learning situation is conducive to teach now we started PG Program in different branches in Nursing ....Read More

Salary is different in different University, No Increment / salary appraisal now. Very Juniors they got salary more compare to me this make me to worry because i render my service nearly 15 years here.

In beginning work load was heavy because we started Post graduate program staffs are less . Now more staffs in each department it is better now.

Very low salary. Therefore the staffs are running extra time work in some other institution to satisfy themselves and family.
