If you're willing to work in this company or about to join, this is a warning for you if you actually want to do something in your life. There is no work-life balance, and if you're men and not a senior level guy, then you're f****d. You will not even have time enough to do your chores, that too is to be planned for a weak schedule. And if you have ambitions and have some another passion or want to do something after working hours, then my friend keep that dream box fastened. But I appreciate that they give time to sleep, other than that you're not one only their employee.

It's great place for learning for freshers, but that's where the benefits end.

No appreciation and recognition for hard work, no proper salary increments, no one follows the hierarchy while hiring, if you know someone in management position you can get any job you want.

Toxic work culture. The mid level managers harass the employees on regular intervals. They expect an executive to play the role of Managers in low salary and getting promotions themselves. Forget about promotion they don’t even appreciate you, if the numbers are going down the blame the executives for it and takes all the credit for the good work. Anil Nagar and Saurabh Bansal should seriously look upon the mid level managers.

Sit idle and jobless...but never ever fall in their trap ...first they will offer u high salary and call then in 2 months they will fire u without giving any proper reason. ..no job security at all

...eed to give video about that even in night 10pm or late night also without fail. No overtime salary. If anything you ask further regarding ur increment or OT soon they will find another person in your place... CEO sir said in the lockdown time 20% deduction and when company gets good revenue he said that he will pay back. After Lockdown company got good revenue then also not paid the deducted amount instead they given exit only for the employees... They won't think employee wellness. Here i don't find zero rating for few categories else i give zero only. Finally my suggestion to job seekers, they will attract the employees as they will pay good salary...once you joined here they will keep you till their need is there.later they will kick you out at any point of time... Instead of this better you can find aakash, allen, byjus, narayana, chitanya.
