Mandating frequent meetings, he demands detailed updates on every minute of work, questioning and pressuring individuals who take time for tasks. The pervasive harassment extends even to weekends, with no reprieve for employees on Sundays. No personal life and he also called employee on holiday.

The company treat its employees like family & always stand with them, in any thick & thin, Being a Startup its immense learning, as you are able to work in each department & all aspects of digital marketing is touched. The longer you work, you are able to become a problem solver, as you are guided with & at the same time allowed to take decisions that will help the organization grow

As they deal with Movies, at times Sunday is also working, which they do give complimentary off & pay,

The Owner (calls himself CEO) Metally tortures and harasses to all the employees. Deducts salary for even 1 min late login and the logout time goes 2-3 hrs beyond, not a single employee can logout on time it goes beyond that. He compares and does partiality with employees. Takes meeting 4-5 or more than that and then he says start working. And you have to give every minutes of update for what are you doing what you did. If you take time for doing some work then he questions on it why are you taking time etc. He literally harasses his employees and mentally tortures. And you get no off even on Sunday's.
