Nothing to like whatsoever. Pure exploitation

Dislikes

Dismal salary, No work life balance, work on festivals+public holidays+Sundays+national holidays. No job security, management takes pleasure in firing. Management relishes salary deductions. Mental harassment. Undue work pressure. Bad ethics of the management. No increments. no facilities

The company works on the hybrid gearbox and electric vehicle

Dislikes

Founders are egoistic with their IIT tag. There is no value for your work. Whenever a visitor comes to the office CTO brags about how his wife who happens to be CEO of the company has done all the things in the company single-handedly. No hikes. If you ask for hikes you'll be treated like shit and eventually, you'll be fired.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
