I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

...azardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.

My dislike is less salary and travel to company from my home to their taking 1 hour 30 minutes it take a long time so i cant give time to my family

This company had good training sessions which always makes Adani to stood 1st in the country, HR department was not good enough to understand problem of technical department

... to work 12-15 hours it's not big problem but lack of trust by higher authority.bonus is provided by the worker salary

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

... needs to work on job life balance and should have transparent appraisal system. Also the salary revision and promotion need to be unbiased through some good transparent system.
