Management doesn't, address our issues. Salary is decent nut career growth is good. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resigh.

Salary on time, Company is good, but HOD are only after money.

Top management decesion making Not able to handle the HOD. Politics at site. Cunning HOD only want to earn from vendor. Favartisim at site. Not clear with the role and responsibilities. HOD only forwarding assignment and only want to be in limelight. They don't want their juniors that they learn or Mingle with other departments staff.
