Dislikes

Initial Salary is decent but career growth is very slow as increments are in range of 6-8% only..! Management hierarchy is also long. Proper Induction is not provided and there is always scarcity of staff as compared to work load plus 6 days working is major setback..:-(

Worlds class corporate infrastructure . Latest tools for procurement activity. Due to diversity in business verticals Opportunity to work in different filed and higher exposure. Corporate policy in benefit of Employee , world class. Training and skill development.

Dislikes

No proper work distribution among the team. Work life balance is poor . Salary structure is not same for all . Unnecessary work pressure.

Everything is good. Working environment and cooperative colleagues.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits may be better. Health Insurance provide by the company is very less (ie 2 lakh) it must be min 5 lakh per employee.

...ees. Every one has to participate in such programs compulsorily and it's good. Salary, appraisal, innovation and motivation all you will get here as per your capability and performance.

Dislikes

No one talks of innovation and R&D here but only how to do perfect documentation in Quality DPT. Not much expenditure on R&D.

On time salary last day of the month, on time appraisal in april. Good learning platforms, SOPs, policy, commitment

Dislikes

Tie-up with other companies to not hire either parties employee. Too Long & non-negotiable notice period. Work-life imbalanced.
