-Some policies required revision as per the current rate (Mobile reimbursement policy, Local expense, etc.)
-Poor HR leadership (It will change as per the HR head).
-Only 10 public holidays are provided by the company.
Also, everything is depended on your boss - subject to positives and negatives.
There is nothing good in company except getting the salary on time.
Dislikes
There is too much politics in company and lots of criticism played.
There is no system and professionalism in it.
If your job location is in HO and then you will slightly feel good corporate culture and appreciated by management even if you have been not performed.
Culture is becoming toxic. Salary increment is very less. Higher management is taking no responsibility and not supportive at all. Some employees are increasing their salary and post by giving resignation. Not caring the employees who are loyal to company.
Job Security is the only good thing, since it is governed by the Group.
Dislikes
1. Incentives are delayed beyond more than 9 months that too for previous FY.
2. Increment is very less compared to other Group companies.
3. No market correction based on the years of experience. People in GET and MT Grade are getting paid much higher as compared to experienced people.
