There are various disikes:- 1) your salary shall not be ontime 2) your job security shall not be there 3) poor product quality and due to which u wil not be able to sell the products 4) the management thinks highly of himself being just a commerce graduate 5)there a problem with only 1 MD rest two Md are superb 6) when you join the department just put your own mind why the whole department is empty why there is no one working here 7)you shall be under constant mental pressure not for sales just for all the bulshit 8) here your designation your qualifications nothing shall be given any value you will always be de graded 9) worst worst working culture 10) incentives are also always manipulated 11) the director abuses personally and before you join here think twice I suggest personally i have been working here because of my family responsibilities but now im going to switch so im giving my genuine feedback to you , being an employee sharing my experience with you be wise before joining this company and i would say this is not a company this is a karkhana hope you understand karkhana word.

Awesome place to start your career. All people are very caring and supportive. Company provide many facilities like cafeteria, drop facility and yearly bonus, surprise vouchers etc. Infrastructure is also very good.

...with R & D team in dedicated place was really refreshing and bonded the team . -salary is on time and head office is in good place -Hr team is cooperative - Good company culture , great job satisfaction -Overall really very good exposure compare to other companies in embedded filed in mumbai i would say

No facility like company bus for commuting , performance is key to climb up and being communicated straight some times.

Only for Export Department: Supportive management On the job learning Sufficient training Overseas travel for marketing Appreciation by management of export department for getting big orders Timely claim of incentives motivation & mental conditioning by manager. Good place for freshers for learning export documentation & international marketing. A vast scope to learn for international marketing & about channelized sales approach.

Dislikes

A little lower pay scale compared to market standard Some times you are distracted by domestic department due pushy approach for getting miscellaneous work done. Different rules for different departments (eg. 2nd & 4th Saturday off only to R&D department)
