Zero accountability is taken by principals and associate partners, associates and analysts are blamed for everything. Team leads don't know how to set expectations and scope of work with clients. This leads to creating false sense of urgency and unnecessary workload on associates and analysts. Working on weekends, running late night calls till 1 am is very common and there is no gratitude for hard work. Management does not understand the concept of work life balance. Their policies are vaguely and loosely defined. Hence the management and HR uses this to exploit associates and analysts to deny them of good appraisal and will give any random logic to decrease the annual bonus of analysts and associates. Horrible working environment, people who come to office don't even talk or hangout with others Horrible work life, pathetic work culture, horrible policies lead to a very high attrition rate.

No provision to rate even worst than Bad, I would have done that if possible. Nothing, For fresh MBA people, Not the right company to work for. Very high chances of your career getting badly affected, as job security is poor. Micro Management. You may be under MBA loan, and they can at any time ask you to leave. Don't just become the prey at the same of front end name/role

Dislikes

Everything from day to day work, to culture, to the quality and type of work, and then the overcommittments and then pressuring employees to complete the work. The appraisal criterion, the manipulative buckets, will make u do BD work when on bench, but not going to count that efforts in final appraisal buckets thing. Overall till the positions of Level 3 Associates not a good to work for. For EM/EM+ People it's good.
