There is nothing to appreciate about this company very strict timing and they provide leave only on Sundays. And also don't give casual leaves, we have to ask and beg for that.

Very low salary I got only 8k rs for take home out of 11.5k CTC. as a fresher they didn't provide me proper training they made me work overtime many times. Very worst experience

Likes

The thing I like about Acurus is the friendly work environment they have created. An operator can also go and talk to the AGM/ Manager, give his suggestions and opinions for the betterment of the project. Acurus is a company that is so Loyal to their employees. They ensure that they have best resources onboarded and trained for the job. The one who puts in his efforts is rightly rewarded which boosts his confidence.

Dislikes

The timings can be a bit flexible and the Workstation(PC)/Chair/AirConditioner needs to be properly maintained.

Acurus provides ownership and freedom for the staff. Work life balance is given priority for the well being of employees Accutal annual events promotes team culture.

Dislikes

Traditional Management style and this needs to be evolved with the current trend. Company Growth is very slow and this slows the growth of employees to climb up the ladder

Not that they are anything I would call dislikes. One recommendation would be to offer managers the chance to become certified in project management.

I hate everything about acurus. No work life balance. No leave on sat, even on Sundays we will receive call from higher management to attend a meeting, or work on something new, without any prior notice. Even if your shift time is from 2:30 to 10, you will be asked to work from 8am. Working in this company really spoils one's mental health. If someone who is not mentally strong should never opt to join in this organization. But if you wish to experience worst company culture then you can go and work in Acurus.
