There is no working management. Culture is not good. No time management . Customer satisfaction too much careless . It work on priority for only big customer . Small customer is important for them . HR is not helping to employee , those who left this company.

The company working culture is good. Everyone is knows is job and has to complete accordingly which results good work-life balance. But there is politics in our organisation, which is there in every organisation

One thing which I dislike about my organisation is that they fill that commercial department is non productive, reflection of which comes during the time of appraisal
