This is a great place to learn and work. The employees are supportive. Their salary structure is bit lesser than your requirement. Working environment is excellent.

I don't have any bad experience during my Internship so this is a excellent company for work and Learning is much more higher than other companies.

I have worked for 12 years in same. Company and learnt a lot during my tenure from mgmt trainee level to sr. Manager, excellent work freedom and opportunity to grow specially in injectable space. As aculife is now growing internationally there is lot of learning n exposure as professionals.

Compensation is good but growth is slow.

The company provides bus for transportation and it's a good place to learn for starters.

...thin 3 months without notice but later when you actually resign within 3 months. They ask you to pay 18,000-25,000 rupees. Please be aware of all the documents you sign, read them carefully. They just slide in one document saying you agree to pay the amount which is very unethical thing to do. I hope the company realises that or else will sure will get sued for this someday. Ps. At the day of interview, they take up your entire day, the whole process of interviewing is extremely slow. The staff comes in 1-2 hours late themselves but would call you on 8 am sharp. 2. Do not make the mistake of undermining how far the company is located. This job consumes 14 hours of your day but only get paid for 8 hours. There is no room for other personal activities if you join this company.
