I received call from HR regarding hiring and mention for 1st round, need to come to office as walk-in. Sounds very professional and showed very good company and all . As per discussion, went for 1st round of F2F interview. After 3 hra, round got completed and they told HR will be in touch with you for further rounds or any update but after that HR willnot contact you for anything. They even dont reply to your emails, calls. For such experience, i would like to suggest if any company us doing like this then company is not good with there values and time.

They won't have any proper Graduation, They won't have any knowledge of Technology. Owner & CEO psycho person, his trained HR professional's and project coordinator (fish market labour's)are treated all employees very worst. If you are resigning, you can't get proper RL and EL.

Director's psychopathic behaviour, work culture, ill qualified HR manager(school teacher), harassment of MD and HR on the employees(frequently changing policies/deductions). Not giving BGC if anyone got MNC job offer.
