Favoritism, people closer to top management are preferred for promotion and appraisals. Average work environment. I have joined Acuite during the peak of Covid pandemic's first wave. Most of my classmates who received offers from other companies could not join as those companies withdrew the offers. Acuite honoured the offer later and ensure smooth joining formalities while I was at home. They even delivered the laptop to my home. The company has a lot of focus on learning. Sometimes I feel I am still at college with all the notes that I have to read and write. The crowd is young.

Nothing great as the company looks only with their own benefits & requirements. When the requirement of the company is over they will ask the employee to leave the company.

Dislikes

The management of the company is very poor. Ull find no one is helpful in the company. The worst thing of any organisation is that the employees will never know the facts unless spends intial 6 months in the company.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
