Top heavy organization which affects the profitability of the company and the general employees get average salary and hike. Favoritism, people closer to top management are preferred for promotion and appraisals. Average work environment. There is no cafeteria in office as management believes the employees will indulge in unnecessary conversations and waste their time.

I have joined Acuite during the peak of Covid pandemic's first wave. Most of my classmates who received offers from other companies could not join as those companies withdrew the offers. Nothing great as the company looks only with their own benefits & requirements. When the requirement of the company is over they will ask the employee to leave the company.

The management of the company is very poor. Ull find no one is helpful in the company. The worst thing of any organisation is that the employees will never know the facts unless spends intial 6 months in the company.
