... Even for CA freshers, The firm & Partners are looking for only for the profits. They will ask for overtime but no compensation against for that.

Work culture. They are strict to make more profit rather than employee benefits. They are changing the office policies and no intimation to employees. No partners are strict to their words.

The people at ASA, end to end experience giving great clientele, various office sub-committees which keep the morale high of the office through various activities

Pay scale could be improved, bi-annual appraisal should be there. You’ve to wait for the end of the year to get the appraisals.

...ike leave allowance and other all benefits which fully secured in a career life.I also like to mention about the Salary review every after two year salary is reviewd by the company.The organizational maontaining good strategy and organizational change of command in all aspects.All staff of ASA are well behaved and MD sir and hr Ma'am all are just like a gurdian and they all care to the staff and our customers as well which all staff are trained enough base on the job positions and responsibilities.There is enough opportunity to develop career.Thank you so much.

Action for social advertisement seems to me to be the best work on village development because action for social advertisement is the best work done on village development which gives very good benefits to poor people.

There is also some problem of Action for Social Advertisement on village development which she wants to do some work but she is not able to do it.
