Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Team was so good. Poor job security on downfall in market. Poor salary according to work. Work life balance poor no saving. I am very socked when company change my IT department to marketing department means I have loss my 2 years. Result is now I have quit my job. Now I am struggling for my family. I am very disappointed.

For only freshers if u don't find any jobs last option then ace but don't stay here

Dislikes

No growth -- for salary , u will end up with same work till retirement, if u want to grow u need to become chatu employee. Double pf deducted, u r salary cut every month and give u that in Diwali bonus, no policy on leave and conveyance , for every u need approval.
