Friendly nature, work ethics, inspiring and friendly team leader, very strict manager about work but good nature manager. Challenging work. Breakfast daily for night shift. Fun friday activities. monthly RNR & birthday celebration, etc.

Dislikes

politics, hire people who haven't cleared their graduation (this disturb atmosphere), communication in hindi/marathi, rarely english communication. No Monday, Tuesday leaves. Traffic outside company which take near about 10 minutes to enter in parking. etc.

The girls are given more priority which is good

The night shifts are nightmare here only girls are given more priority and men's are treated so worst the updates related to the tech support to Dell will leads to error frequently and that is to toxic thing the TL and manager talk extremely rude way arr no supportive no growth in the company so not recommend at all

One IT team member he said you damage laptop but laptop already damaged because the given laptop very old and one night shift manager he is totally weast because they doesn't have any manner how to talk any employee

Team Was fine but the worst senior you can get from team lead to manger to VP like every one the worst they can do with you they will doo unless you are their relative . So please make sure you’re their before joining the organisation
