I didn't like this company because of the poor management inside the company. They are just ruining the best part of the career of freshers by not providing much opportunities to learn and most of the managers are biased to their favourite guys when it comes to assign some new roles. There is no proper skill development program. There is no proper project management. And guys on top of the company roams around the world and chilling at hotels and visiting the expos with the money saved by laying off the employees without giving a proper reason.

I joined acsia technology in the year of2022 in automotive which was very new to me. But because of senior team members I found it easy and developed no. Of applications.

But very sad to say that HR department people very worst.

Approachable HR's, they are very helpful and resolves all issues as and when addressed; unlike other companies. Work culture is superb, they value employees. Free juices, biscuits and cakes😁😁. Overall very happy in Acsia.
