Well, there has to be something good to like about this company. Apart from few colleagues, I don't think there's anything better in this company

Career growth sucks, compensation benefits are terrible, management attitude towards developers is very very bad, Favoritism and nepotism. To put in simple words as long as they get paid they don't care about anything not about the client's best interests, developer career growth, etc...

...limit for career growth, training is only tool here for team and company growth. Salary given always in time .

There are very time ready to help and continue learning new things and fresher for good start as per learning and communication skills better ways to learn

No dislike everything is okay but ek thing is this night and day shift not good for health

Everything i dislike here, in vivid time i woked more than 12 hours in a day, but they didn't even pay me the extra salary this is one of the example. They will cheat using tactics , they will not mention the CTC in the offer letter.

In ACS people has so many faces. It's really hard to trust someone. They never provide extra training for growth. Learning is bounded.apraisal is there but they don't give on time. Favoritism is there and that's best tool to get growth and appraisal.

Favoritism culture. Work doesn't matter for growth in supporting teams. People abuse on floor bluntly no edicates. Couspirasy against loyal people.
