ACS company culture is cool, Managers are supportive and they understand things, Has a good work life balance, Rarely to stay after 6 PM. Not much to learn as they don't come up with any major updates.

Dislikes

...the end you will change your company but your reimbursement will not be cleared. They pay very less and although they will be satisfied with your performance but still will not give you the hike they assured you ate the joining time. You have to reach ACS before 09:30 AM else after three 3 late attendance they will mark as 1 half day.

People are less so opportunities are there..lots of learning as you will be required to handle multiple tasks at a time

No medical No conveyance No bonus...in other only salary At the time of lockdown, we were given half salary with double work as 40% of employees were given leave without pay. No gifts on occasions. Alternate Saturday sunday are working which are not counted in work(no pay)

Likes

The company culture is very good with flexible timings. People are very knowledgeable and learning path functionality is too good. You will get know how the business of our products works. Hr and Managers are very friendly and supportive.

If starting as fresher, will get a lot of opportunities to learn how things work as individual and as team, Everyone is helpful , Company will sometime push you to take self initiative.

As time passes by, you will feel like you are not growing in this organisation anymore, most of their product are made on old technology like vb, which is not up good for todays dynamite environment. They will say we want to upgrade our technology, then there will be 1 or 2 meetings regarding that and then those talk get lost in between , and will again rise near appraisal time as employee start to leave the company, will say a False commitment, so i do have distrust in this company. As a fresher its good but not for long run.

Its good company with good opportunity. You will find more and more opportunities as you showcase your skills and this place will also lets you upgrade your skills.

Dislikes

Sometimes work life balance is not good, i think this happens in all companies. Overall experience is good.
