Management. I was there for a very short period of time. Which is unsettling when you are the main supporter of your family of 4. Doug has no remorse for people's livelihood. I have been told by others that this happens a lot. These "budget cuts" right after hiring. Others were let go right before me. How would you feel driving nearly an hour to start work than told you were let go on a Friday? Then having to go home to your wife taking care of your 8 month old and telling her you lost your new job over budget cuts? Stay away. Until management learns when they can afford to actually hire people... stay far away. Doug is your friend to your face, but talks behind your back.

It is a best small industry in Kolhapur and here is my types of different CNC,VMC and HMC Machines like Mazzak,Mori Seiki,DMG Mori,HANS etc. Many students are learn about work via internship and training because they are good frendly Nature staffs...

They no canteen facilities and i hope company should do this..
